In the case of processing your personal data for purposes other than the above, The Company will notify you in advance of such new purposes of use and other matters as required by the GDPR.
(3) Legal Basis, etc.
We will process your personal data to the minimum extent necessary for us to achieve the purposes of use above. Therefore, we have a legitimate interest in processing such personal data for such purposes. In addition, in some cases, the Company will process your personal data based on your consent; provided, however, that you may withdraw such consent at any time. Even in that case, this will not affect the lawfulness of processing performed pursuant to consent before your withdrawal thereof.
The personal data that you are to provide is necessary in order for the Company to achieve the purposes of use specified above, and there may be cases in which you cannot receive correspondence from the Company in connection with your inquiries or job applications when you have not provided personal data which the Company requests.
(4) Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred for achieving the purposes of use specified above to the Company’s representative in the EEA, and customer support service provider, who are located outside of the EEA, in Japan and other countries. The Company may refuse your requests if the Company deems that there is no basis for your requests or if they are deemed excessive.
You may raise objections with the data protection authorities having jurisdiction over the location of your domicile with regard to the processing of their personal data.
